Nabukenya Muwonge always had an interest in working in the field of people development. She obtained both a degree in Human Resources followed by a postgraduate diploma from the University of Cape Town. Over the years she obtained further certifications in Coaching Practice and Counselling. She has had the privilege to work as a Training and Development Specialist in Public Health for 8 years, before finally transitioning into Coaching and Counseling.  She also brings ten years of working in Sunday School Ministry, hands on international coaching experience, and a fierce passion for facilitating change and growth using coaching techniques. Her personal results of working with a Life Coach inspired her journey. Experiencing the coaching process enabled her to gain the confidence and inspiration to provide coaching and various other services to clients.

 

Nabukenya's approach: She works collaboratively with clients empowering them to set goals, explore their resources, and to be able to draw upon them to meet life and career goals beyond the coaching sessions. 

 

Public Speaking experience: Nabukenya is passionate about inspiring and empowering people. She has participated in personal development talks on various public platforms including TV and Radio. In addtion she has presented inspirational talks that are inspired and informed by her life experiences and lessons. Nabukenya personalises her inspirational talks to suit her audience and their specific outcomes.

In an effort to providde the best quality service to clients she attends courses, participates in Master Mind Groups with fellow coaches and is registered with two regional Coaching networks. She is also working on acquiring her International Coach Federation ceritification.
